Automotive primer "wet on wet" 2 K FILLER WET ON WET (ADF.20601), ADI UPP

The wet-on-wet acrylic soil can be used as an insulating soil or as a pore-filling soil. Dries quickly.
The product can be applied directly to cathophoresis, even without sanding. The paint can be applied on top of the soil already 20 minutes after applying 2 layers.
Guarantees an excellent final aesthetic appearance of the complete coating system.
Suitable for paints, both water-based and solvent-based.
When using the product in the "wet on wet" version, it is recommended to apply the soil in 2 layers with an interval of 5 minutes at 20°C.
After applying the last layer after about 20 minutes at 20°C, it is recommended to apply paint (maximum 1 hour 30 minutes and no more).
In case of contamination on the surface, the soil can be sanded with grain P800 after 20 minutes at 20°C after applying the last layer.
MIX RATIO AND APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Mixture ratio: 100:33:30 or 40 (by weight).
Dilution by 30% - for applying the product to putty.
Dilution by 40% - for using the product wet on wet.
Setting up the paint sprayer:
- soil supply: 2 revolutions;
- air pressure: 1.8 - 2.2 bar;
- nozzle: 1.2 - 1.3 mm.
Number of layers: 2 layers.
Interval between layers: 5 minutes at 20°C.
Duration: 20 minutes at 20°C.
Drying at 30% dilution and 20°C (60°C): 2 hours (15 minutes)
When diluted to 40%, the product can be painted after 20 minutes at 20°C after applying 2 layers.
