One-component Japanese base paint NIPPON PAINT.

Designed for auto repair, ready to use. The paint is developed on the basis of the latest rheological technologies. Easy to apply, long-lasting, has high coverage.

CAUSING:

Apply several thin, even coats until the surface is completely covered, pausing between coats. Avoid dust and control the even spreading of the base coat. During drying between layers of paint, to speed up the process, it is allowed to blow the painted surface with compressed air. Do not apply thick layers.
After obtaining a uniform coating (full surface coverage) on light colors such as metallic, apply one additional "leveling" coat, reducing the working air pressure to 0.8 - 1.0 bar and increasing the distance to the surface to 25-35 cm.

DRYING TIME:

Interlayer drying:.
Standard version at 20 °C: ......................................... 2-3 minutes
Using air blowing at 20 °C: ................. 0.5-1 minutes.
Final drying before varnish application:
at 20 °C: ............................................ ..... 3-10 minutes.

IMPORTANTLY:

The actual drying time between coats, as well as before the application of clear varnish, depends on many factors (air temperature, thickness of the base coating layer, the use or not of forced blowing of the surface to be painted with air).
